(STATUTORY  DECLARATION UNDER  SECTION  4 (1) OF  RIGHT  TO INFORMATION ACT – 2005)

                 Shri Ganga Singh College,Govindgarh. Distt-Jaipur (Raj.) is strictly following Right to Information Act, 2005 (Act no. 22 of 2005) and executing all responsibilities and duties granted by the RTI Act 2005 in general and section4 (1) B, in particular.

The College is affiliated to University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Currently the college is running BA, BSc (Bio & Maths), BCom, MA (Hindi, Political Science & Geography), MSc (Chemistry, Zoology, Physics & Maths) degree programmes. 

(Declaration about section 4(1) B of RTI Act 2005)

                We declare that,section 4(1) B of RTI Act 2005, is being strictly followed by our organization and it has been made compulsory in Statute for all Gazetted and Non- Gazatted employees of state government as a service condition. For adherence of section4(1) B of RTI Act 2005, the State Government has a defined functioning body .

                Below functioning body is responsible for strict adherence of Right of Information Act 2005 within stipulated timeline as provided in the act.
